AI Builders Weekend is run by AI Builders MTÜ (registration in progress), Tallinn, Estonia. We are the data controller for the waitlist.

We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking of any kind. There is nothing to opt out of because nothing is running.
To run the waitlist and to email you about AI Builders Weekend: dates, venue, when applications open, and the event itself. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share your details with sponsors, partners or anyone else.
The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we will delete your entry.
In a Postgres database hosted by Neon in Frankfurt, Germany. The website and the form endpoint run on Vercel. Both companies act as our processors and are contractually bound to protect your data. Some of their infrastructure and support operations are based in the United States, covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Until the debut edition has taken place and the follow-up is done, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If the event does not happen, we delete the list.
Under the GDPR you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or hand it over in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email hey@aibuildersweekend.com and we will act on it.
If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, at aki.ee.
Straightforward version: we keep your name and email so we can tell you when the event is happening, we store it in Germany, and you can have it deleted by asking.
